1. What products does Etherealstitch offer?
Etherealstitch specializes in high-quality home furniture, including leather sofas, fabric sofas, and solid wood beds.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring modern elegance and lasting comfort to your home.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days.
After shipment:

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your order anytime using the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only.
You can pay securely using your PayPal balance or linked debit/credit card.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After shipping, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return.

8. What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We will quickly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
However, oversized or heavy furniture may include a small delivery surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
10. How will my furniture be delivered?
Smaller items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, while larger items (such as sofas or beds) are shipped by freight carriers to ensure safety.
Freight companies may contact you in advance to schedule delivery.
