Order Processing

At Etherealstitch, each furniture piece is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they enter the shipping stage.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Etherealstitch only ships within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Large furniture items (such as sofas and beds) may be delivered via specialized freight services for added protection.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Freight Delivery (large furniture): 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary based on destination, order volume, and carrier availability.


Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on most orders within the continental U.S.

  • For oversized or heavy items (such as solid wood beds or full leather sofas), a small delivery surcharge may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier’s website.


Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate and accessible.
For freight deliveries, carriers may contact you in advance to schedule an appointment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be safely delivered into the home (door size, stair access, etc.).


Damages or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will assist you immediately with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.


Shipping Delays

While we work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery, Etherealstitch is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

However, we will always do our best to help track and resolve any shipping issues promptly.
