Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Our support team will respond within 24 business hours with further instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if approved.
Return Shipping

For large furniture returns (such as sofas or beds), we can help arrange freight pickup at a discounted rate.

Items must be securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer one of the following resolutions based on the situation:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
